Amazing (as always) and cute! I want to quickly post this because there aren’t currently any other photos of this color. I’ve had a black Intstant Pot Duo for years and love it. No customer service On November 7 I contacted customer service due to my Instant Pot malfunctioning. Every meal I cooked I had to cook again because the meat was not done. I have owned an Instant Pot since 2015, which I replaced with the current one due to malfunctioning.I have purchased Instant Pots for family and friends and now I am the one without one. GARBAGE! BURN, BURNS and BURNS FOOD! I have been using pressure cookers for over 10 years. We have owned mostly a different companies model but they no longer make pressure cookers. SO I tried the Instant Pot Duo. I used a recipe I have used 50 times. I read and followed the Instant Pot Duo manual. BUT the cooker would not get up to pressure before the “BURN” indicator came on. So I cleaned the pot and tried again! Nope! Happened again!!!!I am returning and tying a different manufacturer. I already wasted too much food.
