A kitchen staple no one should be without. I don’t know why I waited so long to get one of these. Love this pressure cooker Iâve been using a pressure cooker for many many years. My mom and grandmother used them as well for years. Love this pressure cooker. Itâs 2 qt larger than my old (1995) pressure cooker. I went back and forth about whether or not to buy an instapot. The bid deciding factor for buying this one was that the plug in varieties take 2-3 times longer cooking than the traditional stove top variety. Iâm very happy with this cooker.
