Overall great product … but some dangers Overall this is a great product. I wish this product showed the exact degree in Fahrenheit at which it is actually cooking at all times. It is disturbing to push HI or LOW and not know what that really means.Above certain temperatures you can mess up your recipe. Below certain temperatures you can mess up your cooking. AMAZING! This is NOT a pressure cooker, which is exactly what it says in the description!!! I didn’t need another pressure cooker, but I was looking for a crockpot with the following features:1. Cooked evenly, well, and at the proper temperature!2. Did NOT have a non-stick coating! Besides the health factors, I didn’t want to worry about which utensils I could or couldn’t use or any special cleaning instructions.3. Sous Vide water temperature was always no more than 1* difference from the set temperature. I received this unit today to cook Sous Vide, I actually cooked 2 chicken breasts today at 146* for 4 hours. I checked the actual water temperature against the set temperature with an instant read thermometer and it was always within 1*. Not bad at all for a multi-cooker. I will be using the other functions as well.Jim
