Found this one on amazon. Very happy. I can have a hot meal in 25 minutes. It doesn’t have handles to rest the lid on. Glass lid comes with it. Inside pot is stainless steel. This is a Instant pot, only with The Pioneer woman.
Great but Directions are a little confusing This was my first time with a pressure cooker and didn’t know what to expect. I tried to make one of the recipes in the enclosed book and it took a while to figure out that it would start “cooking” once it was heated up. The time it takes things to cook is a little deceptive in this way because it actually has to heat up first, which can take up to 40 minutes for the macaroni that was listed at 3 minutes. Now that I have the hang of it, I can see how easy it is to use to make meals, and am…

Cooks great, cleans up easily I got this for Christmas, and made Christmas dinner in it (I knew I was getting this). I cooked a 4.5 pound turkey breast, I was able to start it, walk away, and heard beeping later that said it was finished. Just 35 minutes cooking time and we had an amazing moist, tender turkey that was unbelievable. When it was done, I took the turkey breast out, and the trivet it was sitting on, switched to sauté mode, and made the gravy right there in the instant pot â avoiding having to use another…
