Meal Preppin Assistant When my electric pressure cooker came, I was surprised to see such a huge box on my porch. Should have done this years ago I am in love! This thing is so easy to use and thereâs millions of recipes available on line for it. I did shredded beef last night & tonight bbq shedded chicken and baked potatoâs. First I did potatoes, then chicken all together it took me under a hour. There is a lot of functions that I havenât even tried but what I have done so far is amazing.
Handy The Potastic EP6 looks to be equivalent in features to the 6 qt. Instant Pot Duo Plus, but currently priced the same as the non-Plus IP. I’ve used in 6 or 7 times so far and it works fine. It seems well-made. The lid and inner pot are quite hefty. The LCD display is clear, although the “bar graph” display is a bit gimmicky.
