Solid performance with a few caveats Let me start by saying that I own an Instant Pot, so I will compare the two. The Crock-Pot version operates well and if I didn’t own the Instant Pot, it would seem perfectly fine. The biggest advantage is that it seems to come to pressure much more quickly. It cooks perfectly silently with no sputtering or hissing of steam. It also has a non-stick cook pot, which is a mixed blessing. Hands down best kitchen appliance I have ever bought. Possibly the best purchase I have made all year. I did a lot of research between this and the Instant Pot brand. The deal available on this was too good to pass up though. I love that this has a non stick pan to simplify clean-up.
