I like it. I have used different pressure cookers in the past. Presently have and really like my small Aeturnum pressure cooker. However, cannot find parts for it as I used to. Was bought out and deep sixed by aquirer. Too bad! Had an eliptic under-edge sealing system that was superb. Have had it for over 20 years, and only replaced two gaskets! Prestige also makes a similar style pressure cooker, but has the “rocker” pressure regulator which is soo old fashioned, and user friendly…
