I have made sweet potatoes in it I am a man, and I have never owned a pressure cooker.. never saw the need for one.. Until I saw a cooking show.. I use this little miracle all the time… this little gem takes a piece of elk rump and turns it into something you can chew on… I have made sweet potatoes in it… vegetables, which don’t take very long I found out… I like it and will never be without a pressure cooker again…
Little pricey, but worth it for the quality Love the size and works on induction cook top. Use several times weekly. Very high quality, and the stainless steel basket good quality also. Don’t even use my electric pressure cookers any more. This works so much better and can control heat better on the induction cook top.
air leak I like Fissler brand. I used a Fissler pressure cooker before, but the lid of this pressure cooker started to leak air after 3 months. I didn’t drop or did anything. It is not a pressure cooker anymore, just a regular expensive pot.
