Buyer beware. You may not get what you are paying for. This was suppose to be a 302 with dehydrate function but it is not. It is a 301 without dehydrate. Someone has even stuck a fake model sticker on it to pass it off. I bought this item because it can dehydrate so I noticed it after unboxing it.
Lingering odor in cooking pot I like the versatility of the Ninja Foodi. I have only used it once and am no longer intimidated. Cooked a whole chicken using their recipe. I am pleased with the way it performs. My complaint is that I cannot get rid of the cooking odor in the cooking pot and crisping basket. I have washed thoroughly (twice) with Dawn. That didn’t work so I soaked both in baking soda then washed again with Dawn. It still lingers. Any suggestions from the manufacturer or other users?
Terrible experience It was a terrible experience. When I opened the package I was surprised that the Ninja Foodi came as an open item not in its original package , the plastic insulation was all cracked and broken, I called amazon and they were quick to replace it but when I got the package and opened it I found the product worst than the first order.
