Nice buy! Mainly bought it as needed an induction cooker. Works well, used it twice since I bought it. It’s the perfect size for a couple/ small family and heats up quickly. No leakage of water. Has the same black coating on the inside as well which makes it smooth and easy to clean unlike the other cookers. Excellent pressure cooker for my every day needs Been using for a month now..Excellent pressure cooker for my every day needs! Very well built, feels a bit heavy to lift but it is 5 litres capacity so not unexpected. Great for use on all gas cooktops like electric and induction. Love the hawkins brand, from my experience I have always preferred it over other brands.
A good, solid Keeper of a small everyday pressure cooker I like the 3 L size: it heats up and gets to pressure fast – especially on my induction cook top – and it is convenient for cooking smaller recipes. I like that it is non-stick, anodized, and light-weight. I like that the sealing gasket is not exposed to food agents that might work to break it down. I like that parts are replaceable.
