Easy to Use – Even for Beginners! My husband has always been the chef of the family. Months ago he had expressed his interest in buying a sous vide. While I thought it’d be great to surprise him with one, I thought it would be even better if I could prepare a meal for him using it. So for our 5 year anniversary I whipped up a 5 course meal using this sous vide. For someone who hardly cooks, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to use. Great results Awesome product and great price. Cooked a frozen salmon steak in 90 minutes with great results. Some other reviews questioned the accuracy so I tested it against 2 digital thermostats I use for BBQ and smoking. Unit was within .03 degrees of the other units so I would say it is very accurate. Maintained a very consistent temperature while cooking. I used the supplied bag and vacuum pump and they worked great. I’ll be buying more as X-mass gifts.
