Boasting a huge cooking capacity, the 10-quart multi-use electric pressure cooker makes large amounts of meat, poultry, soup or a dozen ears of corn at one time. It even holds a 9-inch springform pan for cheesecake. Clad in a beautiful black stainless steel exterior, you’ll find it easy to enjoy the benefits of a pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer and more. An extra-wide nonstick cooking pot provides efficient browning or sautéing capacity for making rich, flavorful recipes. Utilize 19 programmed settings including high/low pressure cooking and slow cooking, brown, sauté, and keep warm, as well as specific settings for ribs, roast, fish, poultry, veggies, rice, multigrains, stew, soup, beans, and desserts. This Presto Precise cooker features innovative technology that senses the temperature inside the pot to ensure the exact pressure is maintained. There is no need to adjust for altitude. The intuitive dial and large digital display simplify function selection. Scroll through the programmed options as they are displayed on the LED screen. Just set and the rest is automatic! It is pre-programmed to maintain the proper temperature while pressure cooking, then it reduces the pressure and switches to keep warm when cooking time is complete. The quick release valve provides fast pressure reduction. Nine safety features are built into this model, including a cover locking system that prevents the cover from being opened until pressure is safely reduced. Removable nonstick pot is dishwasher safe. Includes a cooking rack and instruction/recipe book.

I can make big meals with this, or make enough to be able to freeze a lot to use later, which is nice. The pressure cooker works well, but I took off one star because I was disappointed about it regarding cooking…

But I have to say, we are really loving this unit. We’ve also have had pressure cookers from as long as I remember, even when I was a kid. So a better or bigger unit is always welcome, we will put it to use.For one it is better, we get 2 more quarts of room in this one. Usually that is not needed, but some times we make big batches of food and that extra space would…
