Love it! Great machine. Expensive but I’m happy to pay a bit more if I get something for it. Heavy and heavy duty with several safety features each backing up the other. Two things to be aware of:1. It is a 15 LITER unit (see photo). That means it is a 15.85 quart unit. Fine by me.2. It has a fill line about 2/3 of the way up the side. Great results! Use it every week. Large enough to can with. Induction capable, easy to clean, YES. Live in Colorado boiling point is impossible..! Have gone through numerous Pressure cooker devices, they don’t hold up! Plastic parts densingrate with heat! As proof, Remember your grandmother’s canning pressure cooker, I will bet it still works and you can buy a new ring. Try that with some new fancy ones! I have learned!

Pressure Cooker/Canner I bought this unit primarily for canning (at sea level). The 21 quart size was the largest size that would fit under my Induction range hood. The base plate of this canner is 9″ which is right for my largest burner, and the 11″ interior works well for holding 14 pint jars (2 levels of 7).
