Not for sous vide cooking I got this to make sous vide egg bites but was disappointed. The lid does not fit securely and the egg mixture flowed out while the water poured into the mold. I tried holding it on with a rubber band system but that didnât help. Had a big mess. Can this be corrected?
How did I get by in life without these? Great way to Egg bites. Simple to use, cleans up easily. I am excited to try other things other than eggs in the molds. I am sure they will turn out just as good as my egg bites do!
Doesnât work for sous vide Cannot use to sous vide. I should have read the other reviews but this is not water right and letâs water in when you sous vide
