Great find and 100% usable. I just love this cooking chart. It is made to last for a long time like heavy printed pages with a shining finish. that way if you get grease or any other ingredient on any of the pages they can be easily wiped off. There are settings in this book for any meat or food that you can think of. I always pick up the chart book before starting a IP meal. They tell you even if you should saute your meat first and which ones. You will not regret ordering this terrific book of charts for your pressure…
Answers a LOT of questions on what the settings should be when using the Instant Pot What I liked best was the detailed information for cooling the most common dishes in the instant pot. The other thing is, the information was put together as a spiral notebook with tabs. Not only great information, it was well organized as well.
