Customer Service is not the greatest I purchased this product and was excited to use it. It was great and worked well, I love the ease of use and being able to cook food quick. I made hard boiled eggs, and they turned out great. I steamed vegetable it worked great, I used it for chicken wings, and that worked great. Only lasted through one use! The only feature that worked after one time use was the “keep warm” feature. I tried several times to cool off the cooker by unplugging it, letting it cool, and starting over. The second I plugged it in, it started to heat and no other function would work. I have read the other reviews and decided to just throw the cooker in the dumpster because I was frustrated enough without having to deal with poor customer service and paying postage to send back a broken appliance. I ACCIDENTALLY BROKE MY FAVORITE KITCHEN DEVISE. I TRULLY LOVED IT I see there was in the past negative reviews, but it appears some of the issues have been redolved. This is my second pressure cooker. I bought a different brand and it never cooked the way typical recipe times stated. I realized it was not cooking hot enough, so we bought this one.
