Cook in one pot , browns meat, sautés vegetables, and can make a lot of food in this cooker. I made my roux in this thing for chicken fricasseâ , I mean you can brown your meat sauté your onions, nothing it canât do, love that I can just throw it all in there without having different pots for different steps , itâs easy. Liked it so much bought one for my son because he lives in his basement and is redoing it while renting the upstairs and only had a microwave so now he can cook eggs roast chicken etc. and he loves it as well and I just keep forwarding the recipes to him as like I say…
