Amazon you have failed badly! I was so excited about this! I have purchased refurbished before, no problem. This IP was disgusting! It had food still in it and around! When I called the lady seemed to think it was o.k. ! Even had a problem with me paying return shipping! I am 75/years old and treated like it was my fault! It wasnât that cheap to begin with. Timers didnât work Bought certified refurbished by mistake but surprisingly the time bottoms didnât work – adjust button didnât work and the owners manual was for a different model. Support was good and handled return.
defective Most of the indicator lights would not turn on. You never knew where you were. It did pressure Cook But I was paying for more. Bought one like my mom used that I hope I can count on. I haven’t tried it yet. In all fairness, it had been refurbished.
