Best pressure cookers ever … I bought the 6.5 et 3.5 pressure cookers. Since both have the same size of lid you can exchange them, and do not have to pay attention for doing anything wrong. I absolutely love these pressure cookers and use them nearly daily on my gas stove. Read the manual and practice a bit, and you will never be scared again of blowing up your kitchen. Cleaning up afterwards is easy too.
