BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I have purchased 2 in less than a year. The first just quit. The present one has an E4 error. Called customer service. You must wait 48 hours for a return call. I was in the tub, didn’t get to the phone 8n time. Must wait 48 MORE hours. Had I known custome4 service was so bad, I wouldn’t have purchased the first one. That’s why I’m telling you.
