Good quality I will start by saying that I grew up with a pressure cooker being used in the household. I have many memories of the Chuck-a sound the regulator makes while supper is cooking.The quality of this cooker is good, with the pot thick enough to not burn food, yet thin enough to heat quickly. Gets the job done fast and safe!! I’ve been using Mirro Matic pressure cookers for over 40 years…â¦..two that hold 7 quart jars and had a smaller one that held 7 pint jars. I was unable to find a new seal for it, so now I have a brand new one to can my garden produce.
Great buy, excelent price I have this pot for almpst 2 years now and it looks loke new. I enjoy to use it for beens and meat. I dont longer make my pernil at the oven, I found that it is much easier and cheaper do my pernil in this pot. Great buy#
